Upon reading a Petition of John Cochrane, Esquire, Official Assignee and Assignce of the said ASIATIC MARINE INSURANCE ÖFFICE, and his Affidavit in verification thereof filed, this day; and also upon reading an order made in this matter on the Thirteenth day of April last, whereby it was ordered that the said Assignee should be at liberty to raise by contribution of the Shareholders of the said ASIATIC MARINE INSURANCE OF- FICE for the satisfaction of the debts and other claims against the said Company the further sun of Company's Rupees One thousand in respect of each share held by them respostively in the aid | Company; sad upon the application of Mr. Hatch, Attorney; or the said Assigne: -Itisordered that such of the Shareholders of the said ASIATIC MA- RING INSURANCE OFFICE, resident in Calentṭa or the Suburb, thereof, as have neglected to pay the said sau of Company's Rupees One thousand at which they have been respectively ascessed in res→ pect of each share held by them respectively in the Said ASTATIC MARINE INSURANCE OFFICE, io on or before the First day of Angust next vay to the saiu Official Assignee the said Sum of Company's Rupees Gre thousand at which they have been respectively assessed as aforesaid, and that the Shareholders of the said ASTATIC MARINE IN- SURANCE OFFICE resident in Hongkong and in Bombay do on or before the Zirsi day of October new, and that the Shareholders of the said ASIATIC MARINE INSPRANCE Orrick resident in the Mauritius and in Great Britain and all other places not herein specifically mentioned do on or before

Hagan or any person on their behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Orduance of this Island intituled An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in Actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony,” the said Attaclument may be disseived.
