HEREAS an action has been commenced in this Court at the suit of the above named Thomas Joseph Reyifads, against the above named Cyril Cecil to recover the Sum of One thousand fire hundred and fifty sive Dollars and thirty rents due on a Promissory note made by the said Cyril Cecil payable at a day now past, and for in- terest upon and for forbearance at interest by the Plaintiff to the Defendant at his request of monies owing from the Defendant to the Plaintiff; and it being alleged that the said Cyril Cecil does not reside within the Island or its dependencies, a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued re- turnable ou the Fifth day of January next, wherein William Marshall Davidson and Thomas Sutherland Are Garnishees. Notice is hereby given thereof, and that if at any time before final Judgment in this action the said Cyril Cecil or any person on

CARGO will be received on board until Noon on the 30th December, SPECIE until Noon on the 31st, and PARCELS until 5 P.M. on the 30th.

Contents and Value of Packages are required.

A written declaration of the Contents and Value of the Packages for the Overland Route is required by the Egyptian Government, and must be delivered by the Shippers to the Com- pany's Agents with the Bills of Lading, or with Parcels; and the Company do not hold them- selves responsible for any Detention or Preju- dice which may happen from incorrectness on such declaration. Shippers of Cargo on the Company's Black Bills of Lading are particu- larly requested to note the Terms and Conditions

of these Bills of Lading, with reference to the Transhipment and forwarding of Cargo, with a view to the adequateness of their Insurance Policies in respect of the same.
