HEREAS an Action has been commenced
in this Court at the suit of the above-nam- ed Joseph Blum and Gobert Blum, trading a aforesaid, recover the sum of Two hundred and Eighty-nine Dollars and Seven cents, for balance of an Account for Goods sold and delivered by the Plaintiffs to the Defendant, and for money found to be due from the Defendant to the Plaintiffs on accounts stated between them; and it being al- inged that the said Kwong Sing does not reside within this Island or its Dependencies, a writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Eighth day of September next, wherein Julius Charles Power, Acting Sheriff of this Colony, and Soong Asain also of Hongkong aforesaid, are Gar- nishees. Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this action the said wong Sing or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the ap- pearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island, No. 2 of 1855, intituled An Ordinance "to provide for and regulate process in actions at "Law against persons absent from the Colony," the said Attachment may be dissolved.

HEREAS an action has been commenced in this Court at the suit of the above named Chun-suy-shan to recover the sum of One hun- dred and Twenty-five dollars, for balance of an account for goods sold and delivered by the Plaintiff to the Defendant, and for money found to be due from the Defendant to the Plaintiff on account stated between them; aud it being alleged that the said Wong-yit-chow does not reside within this Island or its dependencies, a writ of foreign attachment has been issued returnable on the Fif- teenth day of September next, wherein Wong Ahum of Hongkong aforesaid, accountant, is Gar- nishee. Notice is hereby given thereof, and that if at any time before final judgment in this action the said Wong-yüt-chow or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appear- ance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island, No. 2 of 1855, intituled "An Ordinance "to provide for and regulate process in actions "at Law against persons absent from the Colony," the said attacùment may be dissolved,
