PURSUANT to an order of the Supreme Court

of Hongkong in its Equity Jurisdiction, made in a cause, William Addenbrook Bowra, trad- ing under the firm or name of Bowra & Company, against Francis William Mitchell, the creditors of George Cooper Turner, late of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Gentleman, who died in or about the month of February, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-one, are by their Solicitors on or before the Thirteenth day of July, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-two to come in and prove their debts or claims at the Office of Norman Ramsay Masson, Master of the said Court in the Supreme Court House, Victoria, Hongkong, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily ex- cluded from the benefit of the said Order.
