THE undersigned hereby cautions all persons of Messrs. BOWRA & Co. in this Colony

against having in their possession either in the Colony or with in the limits of the harbour prepared Opium without the necessary certificate from the Farmer as required by the Ordinance. Any person who will give information leading to the conviction of any person having in his pos- session prepared Opium without having such cer- tificate shall receive from the undersigned one-half of the value of the Opium confiscated in consc- quence of his information.
