W this Court at the suit of the above named Cursetjee Nusserwanjee Cams, Pestonjee Nowro- jee Pochajee, Dorabjee Nusserwanjee Camajee, Rustumjec Framjce Metta, Pestonjec Dhunjee- bhoy, Merwanjee Hormasjee Metta, Palanjee Framjee and Sapoorjec Nowrojec Pocha trading as aforesaid against the above named Rustomjee Burjorjee to recover the Sum of Eighty-nine Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety-five Dollars and Seventy-two Cents, for Goods sold and deliver- ed, money lent, money paid, money had and re- ceived on accounts stated, and for interest, and it being alleged that the said Rustomjee Burjorjee does not reside within this Island or its depen- dencies & Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Thirtieth day of June instant, wherein the Honorable Charles St. George Cleverly, Surveyor General of Hongkong, Theophs. Gee Linstead, Captain William A. Cressey and Messrs. P. & J. B. Colah and Company respective- ly of Hongkong are Garnishees. Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final Judgment in this action the said Rustomjee Bur- jorjee or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or Plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled
An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process "in actions at law against persons absent from the "Colony the said attachment may be dissolved.”

HEREAS an action has been commenced in this Court at the suit of the above named Ruttonjee Fraajce Vacha and Vraz Wooderkun- drass Hurryboy, against the above named Hor- musjce Dewjec and Rustomjee Burjorier trading under the firm of Hormusjee and Rustomjec of Hongkong, Merchants, to recover the Sun of Thirty Thousand Dollars for Goods sold and delivered by the Plaintiff's to the Defendants and for money found to be duc from the Defendants to the Plaintiffs on accounts stated between them, and it being alleged that the said Hormusjee and Rustomjee do not reside within this Island or its dependencies, a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Seventh day of July next, wherein Messrs. Jardine, Matheson and Com- pany are Garnishees, Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final Judg- ment in this action the said Hormusjee Dewmjee and Rustomjee Burjozjee trading under the firm of Hormusjec and Rustomjee or any person on their behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or Plea required by the Ordi- nance of this Island No. 2 of 1855, intituled "An "Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in 66 actions at law against persons absent from the "Colony" the said Attachment may be dissolved.
