NOTICE.

THE next Sitting of the Supreme Court, in its

Friday, the 7th day of March, A.D. 1862, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon.

In re WILLIAM ALLANSON, deceased, OTICE is hereby given to the next of kin, and all other persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above party, that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court, on Satur- day, the Eight day of March, A.D. 1862, or, if none, that the next of Kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which Letters of Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.

FOREIGN ATTACHMENT. ́Alfred Louis Vaucher, James Henri Vaucher, Fritz Henri Vaucher, und Albert Emile Vaucher, trading under and using the name, style, or firm of Vaucher Frères, Plaintiffs. Charles Jones, Defendant. HEREAS an action has been commenced in this Court at the suit of the above named Alfred Louis Vaucher, James Heuri Vancher, Fritz Henri Vaucher, and Albert Emile Vaucher, against the above named Charles Jones, to recover the sum of Four thousand Three hundred and Forty-one Dollars and Three Cents for money lent by the said Plaintiffs to the said Defendant, and for money paid by the said Plaintiffs for the use of the said Defendant, and for goods sold and delivered by the Plaintiffs to the Defendant, and for commission and reward due by the Defendant to the Plaintiffs as his agents, and for advances and for work and labour done by the Plaintiffs for the Defendant, together with interest on the said sum.

And it being alleged that the said Charles Jones does not reside within this Island or its Dependencies a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the 17th day of March, 1862, wherein Frederick Booth is Garnishee. Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this action the said Charles Jones or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appear- ance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate Process in actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony" the said attachment may be dissolved.
