NOTICE is hereby given that the KWONG

HEE YING of No. 264 Des Voeux Road, Victoria, Hongkong, Merchants, have on the 23rd day of October, 1905, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark,

viz. :--

The representation of an Owl perched

upon a bongh above which are the words The Owl" and below the wordsKwONG HEE YING" and on one side of which are the Chinese

Characters “廣怡英” meening

KWONG HEE YING;

in the name of the said Kwong HEE YING who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof,

The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods :—-
