GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.
Whereas early yesterday morning Police Constable No. 339 LALL KHAN, while in the execution of his duty at Wanchai, was wilfully murdered by some person or persons unknown:
Notice is hereby given, that
A FREE PARDON AND A REWARD OF FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS will be given to any Person, the actual Perpetrators of the Murder excepted,-who shall give such information as shall lead to the apprehension and conviction of one or more of the Guilty Parties.
