in this Court at the suit of the above named Edward Meyer and Johannis Meyer against the above named Tye Cheong, to recover the sum of Fifteen hundred and Ninety-eight Dollars and Thirty-two cents for Goods sold and deli- vered and upon an account stated, and it being alleged that the said Tye Cheong does not reside within the Island or its Dependencies a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Sixteenth day of February next, wherein Thomas Sherman and George Snelling are gar- nishees.

Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before Final Judgment in this action, the said Thomas Sherman and George Snelling, or either of them or any person on their or his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island inti- tuled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate Process in actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony" the said Attachment may be dissolved.
