THE next CRIMINAL SESSIONS of the Supreme Court, will be held on Monday, the Nineteenth day of January, A.D. 1863, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon.

OTICE is hereby given to the next of Kin, and all other persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above party that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court on Mon- day, the 19th day of January, A.D. 1863, or, if none, that the next of kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which, Letters of Administration will be granted to the Regis- trar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.

IN consequence of the Judge of the Court of Summary Jurisdiction being directed by the Honorable the Chief Justice to preside in a second Court for the trial of Criminal Cases, on Monday next the 19th instant, the Court of Summary Jurisdiction will not sit on that day, but the same Court will sit on Thursday the 22nd instant, at 10 o'clock A.M.
