and all other persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above party that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court on Sa- turday, the 10th day of January, A.D. 1863, Or, if noue, that the next of kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which, Letters of Administration will be granted to the Regis- trar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.
