It is hereby notified that architects', barristers', dentists' (whether registered as dental surgeons or exempted persons), medical practitioners', pharmaceu- tical chemists' and solicitors' certificates to practise, as required by section 21 of the Stamp Ordinance, 1921, may be obtained from the Stamp Office on payment of the Stamp Duty of $25.
