Bourjan Hübener and Company, and John Steward Lapraik, also of Hongkong, Merchant, and Thomas Behmer, also of Hongkong, Master Mariner, are Garnishers;
Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this action, the said David Cowen or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the ap- pearance or plen required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate Process in actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony," the said At- tachment may be dissolved.
