NOTICE is hereby given to the next of Kin:
and all other persons, to produce any Will or Codicil of the above named deceased, that may be in their possession, before the Court of Pro- bate, on Friday, the Twenty-second day of July, A.D. 1864; or, if none, that the next of Kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which, Letters of Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court shail think fit.

HEREAS an action has been commenced in this Court at the suit of the above named
Lee Ying Choong, Lee Chuin and Lee Achee against the above named 'Ng Tuck Hung, Cheong Tai and George G. Cousens, to recover Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-six Dol- lars for money alleged to be due by the Defendants to the Plaintiffs for goods sold and delivered by the Plaintiffs to the Defendants and for money received by the Defendants for the use of the Plaintiffs and for money found to be due from the Defendants to the Plaintiffs ou accounts stated

And it being alleged that the said 'Ng Tuck Hung and Cheong Tai do not reside within this Island or its Dependencies a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the First day of August next wherein Adolph Bourjau and Arthur Booth of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, partners in the Mercantile House of Messieurs Bourjau Hu- bener & Co., and J. L. Pereira also of Victoria, Merchants Clerk are Garnishees.
Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this action, the said 'Ng Tuck Hung and Cheong Tai or any person. on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordi- nance of this Island intituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate Process in actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony," the said Attachment may be dissolved.
