GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.
His Excellency the GOVERNOR is pleased to appoint Mr. DOLLMAN to be Surgeon to the Convict Establishment at Stone Cutters' Island and Health Officer of Hongkong, in place of Dr. RICHARDSON, resigned, and Dr. JOHN ALEXANDER YULE to be Superintendent of the Civil Hospital, in place of Mr. DOLLMAN.

GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.
Notice is hereby given that a Sale of Land at Kowloon by Public Auction will be held on the ground to be sold commencing on Monday the 25th of July at 4 o'clock, and following days at the same hour.
The accompanying Schedule of the Lots for Sale is published for general information. The plans and Conditions of Sale may be seen upon application at the Surveyor General's Office, between the hours of Eleven A.M. and Three P.M.
