V. The said Commissioners shall, after the printing of the Copies aforesaid, and as soon as the same shall have been duly stamped, cause Copies to be delivered to the Members of the Executive and Legislative Councils, and to such other of the Public Functionaries as the Governor may direct, and the remaining Copies shall be placed in Remaining Copies the hands of the Colonial Treasurer, to be disposed of at such price as shall be fixed by the lodged with the Trea- Commissioners and the proceeds thereof paid into the Public Treasury.
