Tenders will be received at the Surveyor General's Office on or before Monday, the 18th Instant for the execution of several services at the Supreme Court,-for out Offices, &c.

Plans and specifications may be scen on application between the hours of 10 A.M. and 3 P.M.

All persons in Arrears of the payment of Police, Lighting and Water Rates for the Quarters ending respectively, 31st March and 30th June, 1864, are informed that the said Rates must be paid at the Treasury on or before the 30th Instant, otherwise an application will be made to the Court of Summary Jurisdiction for the recovery of all Arrears to the 30th of June next.
