GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.

Whereas early on the morning of the 17th Ultimo, the House occupied by BURJORJEE NUSSERWANJEE, Esquire, in Albany Terrace, was broken into by certain Chinese unknown who, being armed with swords, inflicted several wounds on the said Burjorjee Nusserwanjee, from the effects of which he has since died—

It is hereby notified that, a Reward of

FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS

will be given to any Person-the actual Perpetrators of the crime excepted-who shall give such information as shall lead to the apprehension and conviction of one or more of the Guilty Parties.

Present holders are also reminded that their Licenses expire on the 31st instant.

Applicants are requested to state the names and addresses of the Parties they offer as Sureties, under Clause I. of the Ordinance aforesaid.

Medical Men desirous of practising under the Emigration Act and Local Emigration Ordinances whose Diplomas are not already registered, are requested, to send them to this Office for Registration; otherwise their Certificates will not be received
