said Wong Acheong one of

named Defendants, his Executors, Administrators, or Assigns is to come in, within Three Months from the date hereof, to prove his or their claim to the Lot of Ground and premises, registered in the Land Office of this Colony, as Section D of Marine Lot No. 83, and to the rents issues and profits thereof now standing to the credit of this suit, or in default thereof, the said Lot of Ground and Premises will be sold pursuant to the said Decree.
