trading under the name, style or firm of H. B. CAMA AND COM- PANY, Defendant.
WHEREAS action has been commenced
in this Court at the suit of the above named Comptoir d'Escompte de Paris against the above named Byramjce Hormusjee Camă, trading as aforesaid, to recover the sum of Tirenty thou- sand Four hundred and Twenty-five Dollars and Fifty-three Cents, upon and in respect of a Bill of Exchange for the amount of Five thou- sand pounds sterling drawn by the Defendaut under his said style or firm and dishonored and unpaid at the maturity thereof and in the fur- ther sum of Four thousand Two hundred and Thirty-one Dollars and Ninety Cents for re- exchange on the said Bill of Exchange and for money paid by the said Defendant at his request which amounts the Plaintiffs also seek to recover upon accounts stated in respect thereof by the said Defendant. And it being alleged that the said Byramjee Hormusjee Cama does not reside within this Island or its dependencies, a Writ of
Lease of the premises situated in the Queen's Rad, Hongkong, lately in the occupation of H. CODELL and Company, Store Keepers. The Herest therein consists of the residue of a term
four years, commencing on the first day of May. One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-Forcign Attachment has been issued returnable

on the Fourteenth day of August next, wherein Pestonjee Aspundiarjce Metta and George Farley Heard, both of Hongkong, Merchants, are Gar- nishees.
Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this Action the said Byramjee Hormusjee Cama trading as aforesaid or any person on his behalf will give the security and Notice and file the appearance or plea re- quired by the Ordinance of this Island intituled An Ordinance to provide for and regulate pro- cess in Actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony," the said Attachment iuay be dissolved.
