Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before fual Judgment in this action the said Ghellahhoy Padumsey, Luckumsey Sewjce, Mogjen Ghellabiny, and Nagsey Natha (trading as aforesaid) or any person on their behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony" the said attach- went may be dissolved.

in this Court at the suit of the above named Bank of India against the above named Byramjee Hormusjce Cama trading as aforesaid to recover the Hundred and Fifty-five Thon- sand Dollars for that B. II. Cama on the Thir- teenth Day of April, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-five by his two several Bills of Exchange now overdue directed to the Defendant trading as aforesaid, required the Defendant to pay to the said B. H. Cama or order Fifty Thousand Dollars only sixty days after sight, and the Defendant trading as aforesaid accepted the said Bills and the said B. H. Cama endorsed the same to the Plaintiff but the Defendant did not pay the same and alo that Byramjee Cama and Company on the Sixth day of April, Que Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-five by their four several Bills of Exchange now overdue directed to the Defendant required the Defendant to pay to the said Byramjee Canna and Company or order One Hundred Thousand Dollars only sixty days after sight, and the Defendant trading as aforesaid accepted the said Bills and the said Byramjee Cama and Co. endorsed the same to the Plaintiff but the Defendant did not pay the Aud by reason thereof the Plaintiff in- curred expenses in and about the presenting and noting of the said Bills and incidental to the dis- honor thereof; and for money payable by the De- fendant to the Plaintiff for interest upon money due from the Defendant to the Plaintiff and for- borne at interest by the Plaintiff to the Defendant at his request. And it being alleged that the said Byramjee Hormusice Cama trading as afore- said does not reside within the Island of Hongkong ard its Dependencies, a Writ of Foreign Attach- ment has been issued returnable on the Thirty- first Day of July instunt, wherein Pestonjec Aspundiarjes Metta, and Albert Farley Heard, both of Victoria aforesaid, Merchants, are Gar- nishees.
