ia this Court at the suit of the above named Ameeroodeen Abdoollatifl'against the above named Gellabhoy Puddumsey, Lukhumsey Sew- jee, Megjee Gellabhoy, and Nagsey Natha to recover Five thousand Tico hundred and six Dollars and Twenty-five cents, as damages for not completing certain contracts to purchase certain shares in the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Company Limited which the Defendants agreed to take up and pay for on the first day of July instant; and it being alleged that the said Gellabloy
Puddumsey Lukhamsey Sewjee, Megjes Gellabhoy and Nagsey Natha do not nor does any or either of them reside within this Island or its Dependencies, a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the twenty fourth day of July instant wherein Eduljee Rustomjee and C. D. Bottomley both of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchants, are Gar- nishces.
Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final Judgment in this Action the said Gellabhoy Puddumsey, Lukhumsey Sewjee, Megjee Gellabhoy, and Nagsey Natha or any person on their behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate Process in action at Law against Persons absent from the Colony" the said attachment may be dissolved.

HEREAS an action has been commenced in this Court at the suit of the above named Chartered Mercantile Bank of India, London and China against the above named Ghellabloy Pudumsey, Luckumsey Sewjec, Megjve Ghellabboy and Nagsey Natha trading as aforesaid, to recover Fifty-five thousand Dollars, for that Sewjce Nansey and Company, on the Twenty-fourth day of March, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-five by their Bills of Exchange now over duc directed to the Defendants directed the Defendants to pay to the said Sewjee Nansey and Company or order Fifty thousand Dollars sixty days after sight and the Defendants accepted the said Bills and the said Sewjce Nansey
Marine Lot No. 84, and to the rents issues and profits thereof now standing to the credit of this suit, or in default thereof, the said Lot of Ground and Premises will be sold pursuant to the said Decree.
