The ORIENTAL BANK CORPORA- TION, Plaintiffs,

BYRAMJEE HORMUSJEE CAMA trading under the name, style or firm of H. B. CAMA AND COMPANY, Deft. HEREAS an action has been commenced in this Court at the suit of the above named Dental Bank Corporation against the above named Byramjee Hormusjee Cama trading as aforesaid to recover the sum of Forty thousand Dollars upon and in respect of three several Bills of Exchange for the respective amounts of Twenty thousand Dollars, Two thousand Dollars and Eight thousand Eight hundred Dollars accepted by the Defendant under his said firm or style and res- pectively dishonored and unpaid at the maturity thereof; And for interest and re-exchange on the said Bills of Exchange and for money paid for the said Defendant at his request which amount the Plaintiffs also seek to recover upon accounts stated in respect thereof by the said Defendant; and it being alleged that the said Byramjee Hormusjee Cama does rot reside within this Islaud or its Dependencies a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Tenth day of July next wherein Pestonjee Aspundiarjee Metta of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong Merchant and Albert Farley Heard of the same place Mer- chant are Garnishees.

Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this action the said Byramjee Hormusjee Cama trading as afore- said or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony" the said Attachment may be dissolved.
