WHEREAS an action has been commenced in
this Court at the suit of the above named Oriental Bank Corporation against the above named Byramjee Hormusjee Caina trading as aforesaid to recover the suin of Forty thousand Dollars upon and in respect of three several Bills of Exchange for the respective amounts of Twenty thousand Dollars, Two thousand Dollars and Eight thousand Eight hundred Dollars accepted by the Defendant under his said firm or style and res- pectively dishonored and mupaid at the maturity thereof; And for interest and re-exchange on the said Bills of Exchange and for money paid for the said Defendant at his request which amount the Plaintiffs also seek to recover upon accounts stated in respect thereof by the said Defendant; and it being alleged that the said Byramjee Hormusjce Cana does not reside within this Island or its Dependencies a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Tenth day of July next wherein Pestonjec Aspundiarjes Metta of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong Merchant and Alhert Farley Heard of the same place Mer- chânt are Garnishees.
Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this action the

Limited against the above named Byramjee
Hormasjee Cama, trading as aforesaid, to recover Thirty thowand Dollars, upon four several Bills of Exchange now overdue dated respectively the Twenty-fourth day of April and the First day of May last, drawn by Messieurs 11. B. Cama & Co., upon and accepted by the Defendants aud of which said Bills the Plaintiffs are holders for value. Awl it being alleged that the said Byram · jee Hormusjee Cama trading as aforesaid, do not reside within this island or its Dependencies, a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Third day of July next, wherein Pestonjee Aspaudiarjee Metta of Vic- torin in the Colony of Hongkong Merchant, is Garnishee.
Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before Anal Jurigment in this action the sald Byramjee Hormusjee Cama trading as aforesaid or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony" the said attachment may be dissolved.
