With reference to Government Notification No. 31 of the 24th ultimo, it is hereby made known that His Excellency the Acting Governor has granted to HU NU, of the Peng-kee Shop, No. 25. Jervois Street, the Exclusive Privilege of preparing and selling prepared Opium within the Colony of Hongkong and the Waters thereof, for the period of One Year from the 1st of April, 1865.
