IN THE SUPREME COURT OF HONGKONG IN BANKRUPTCY. NOTICE.-ALFVANDAL CHRISTRAN FRIE-
TRIC DIELFELD, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Broker and Commission Agent, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy filed in the Supreme Court on the Fifteenth day of November, A.D. 1806, a Public Sitting for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination and make application for his discharge will be held before the Honorable John Smale, Chief Justice of the said Court, at the Supreme Court House. Victoria, Hongkong, on the Twentieth day of December, A.D. 1866, at 11 o'clock in the fore- noon precisely.
At this Meeting, Proofs of the Debts of the Creditors will be received.
The Acling Registrar of the Court is the Official Assignee, and Mr. William Gaskell is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.

At Galle, with one of the British India Steam Navigation Company's Steamers for Bombay;
At Aden, with the Company's Mail Steamers for Seychelles, Reunion and Mauritius;
At Messina, with the Company's Mail Steamers for all the Italian Ports.
Cargo and Specie will be registered for London as well as for Marseilles and accepted in transit through Marseilles for the principal places of Europe.

which may ensue from an incorrect declaration. Shippers are particularly requested to note the terms and condition of the Company's Bills of Lading.
