With reference to Government Notification No. 31 of the 26th Ultimo, it is hereby made known that His Excellency SIR RICHARD GRAVES MACDONNELL, C. B., Governor and Commander-in-Chief, has granted to Hi Nü, of the Peng-kee Shop, No. 25, Jervois Street, the Exclusive Privilege of preparing and selling prepared Opium within the Colony of Hongkong and the Waters thereof, for the period of Une Year from the 1st of April, 1866.
