OTICE is hereby given to the next of Kin, and all other Persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above named party, de- ceased, that may be in their possession, before the Court of Frobate, on Saturday, the 2nd day of November A.D. 1867; or, if none, that the next of Kin do accept, or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which, Administration will he granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.

A BLAKEWAY, both of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, lately trading together in Copartnership as Merchants and Commission Agents, under the style or firm of "Vaucher & Company," Having been severally adjudged Bank- rupts under a Petition for adjudication of Bank- ruptcy filed in the Supreme Court on the 23rd day of September, 1867, a Public sitting for the said Bankrupts to pass their last examination and make application for their order of discharge will be held before the Honorable Joux SMALE, Esquire, Chief Justice of the said Court, at the Supreme Court House, Victoria, Hongkong, on the 13th day of December, 1867, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely.
