Creditors are required to take notice that no proof of debt can be received unless made in strict accordance with the provisions of Sections 109 and 110 of "The Bankruptcy Ordinance 1864.”

and Merchant, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy on the 5th day of July, 1867, is hereby required to surrender himself to Normau Ramsay Masson, Esquire, the Acting Registrar of the said Court at the first meeting of his Cre- ditors to be held before the said Acting Registrar on the 24th day of July instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely at the said Court.
