Wills or Codicils of the above named party, de- ceased that may be in their possession, before the Court of Probate. on Saturday, the 13th day of July, A.D. 1867, or, if none, that the next of Kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, filing which, Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.
