Hongkong, Master of the Kong Man Loy, Pig shop, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed on the Twenty-seventh day of November, One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-eight, is hereby required to surrender himself to William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first Meeting of his Credi- tors, to be held before the said Registrar, on the Eighth day of December, next, at Eleven of the clock in the forenoon precisely, at the said Court. Frederick Sowley Huffam, Esquire, is the Official Assignee, and Ir. Edmund Sharp is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.
A public sitting will be appointed by the Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examina- tion, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.
At the first Meeting of Creditors the Re- gistrar will receive the proofs of the debts of the Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estato and Effects. At the public sitting, proofs of debts of Creditors will be received and the Bankrupt will be required to submit himself to be examined and to make a full disclosure and discovery of all his Estate and Effects and to finish his exami- nation.
Notice is also hereby given to all persons indebted to the said Bankrupt or that have any of his Effects not to deliver the same but to the Official Assignee and to give notice to the Soli- citor acting in the Bankruptcy.

At the Meeting the said Registrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of the Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.

OTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 of the Articles of Association of the HONGKONG FIRE INSUR- ANCE COMPANY, an Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the Offices of the Company, situate at No. 39, Queen's Road, Vic- toria, on Tuesday, the First day of December next, at the hour of Three o'clock in the after- noon, for the purpose of declaring a dividend, and passing certain Special Resolutions providing for the dissolution and winding up of the Com- pany; copies of which can be obtained by any Shareholder, on application at the said Offices of the Company.

will, in pursuance of the said Section, declare whether any and what part of the nett produce of the Estate of the said Bankrupt, after making a reasonable deduction for future contingencies, shall be divided arongst the Creditors.
Proofs of Debts will be received, and Creditors who have not proved, or who shall not then prove, will be excluded from the benefit of the dividend, and all claims not proved will be disallowed.
