IN THE SUPREME COURT OF HONGKONG IN BANKRUPTCY. TOTICE is hereby given that the Meeting of

the Creditors of Pang-wah-Ping, Trader, adjourned from the 26th day of October, last, will be held, in the Supreme Court House, on Thursday, the 26th day of November, 1868, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, before the Honorable William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, Registrar of the said Court, being the Officer appointed by the said Court sitting in Bankruptcy.

At the said Meeting the Official Assignee will, in pursuance of the 151st Section of the said Ordinance, submit a Statement of the Bankrupt's Estate recovered and outstanding, and of all receipts and all payments made or to be made thereout, and the Creditors at the said Meeting will, in pursuance of the said Section, declare whether any and what part of the nett produce of the Estate of the said Bankrupt, after making a reasonable deduction for future contingencies, shall be divided amongst the Creditors.

Proofs of Debts will be received, and Creditors who have not proved, or who shall not then prove, will be excluded from the beneût of the dividend, and all claims not proved will be disallowed.

FOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 of the Articles of Association of the HONGKONG FIRE INSUR- ANCE COMPANY, an Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the Offices of the Company, situate at No. 39, Queen's Road, Vic- toria, on Tuesday, the First day of December next, at the hour of Three o'clock in the after- noon, for the purpose of declaring a dividend, and passing certain Special Resolutions providing for the dissolution and winding up of the Com- pany; copies of which can be obtained by any Shareholder, on application at the said Offices of the Company.
