thereto having regard only to the debts claims or demands for which the said Deed shall then be executed or assented to and the particulars of whose debts claims or demands shall have been forwarded to the said Inspectors and proved to their satisfaction and duly allowed by them.

And the Inspectors will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose debt claim or demand they shall not then have had notice or of which no particulars shall have been furnished or which having been disputed by the said Inspectors shall not have been duly verified by Affidavit or Declaration in accordance with the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act 1861 for proof of debts and allowed as claims against the said Estates of the said Adolf Ellissen and Gustav Ellissen.

Cargo and Specie will be registered for London as well as for Marseilles, and accepted in transit through Marseilles for the principal places of Europe.

Cargo will be received on board until 4 P.M. of the 27th Instant, Specie and Parcels until 5 P.M. of the 27th Instant. (Parcels are not to be sent on board; they must be left at the Agency's Office.)
