OTICE.-The Public Sitting for the above
mentioned Bankrupt to pass his last exa- mination and make application for his discharge, adjourned from the 22nd March, 1867, will be held before the Honorable JOHN SMALE, Esquire, Chief Justice of the said Court, at the Supreme Court House, Victoria, Hongkong, on Friday the 27th day of March, A.D. 1868, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon.
At this Meeting, Proofs of the Debts of the Creditors will be received.
The Acting Deputy-Registrar of the said Court is the Official Assignee.

OTICE. NICHOLAS BELFIELD DENNYS,
of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, late Printer, Publisher and Newspaper Proprietor, trading and carrying on business in Victoria aforesaid, under the style or firm of A. Shortrede and Company, but now an editor connected with the China Mail Office, Victoria aforesaid, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court on the Twentieth day of March, A.D. 1868, is hereby required to surrender himself to William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, the Re- gistrar of the said Supreme Court, at the first Meeting of Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar on the Third day of April next, at eleven of the clock in the forenoon precisely at the said Court.
Frederick Sowley Huffam, Esquire, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. William Gaskell is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.
At the Meeting the said Registrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of the Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.
All persons having in their possession any of the Effects of the said Bankrupt must deliver them to the said Official Assignee, and all Debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to the said Official Assignee.

Ellissen & Co." and at Coventry aforesaid as a Cotton Spin- ner alone in his own name and the

Ellissen & Co." and which said Adolf Ellissen and Gustav Ellissen were thereinafter designated as the Debtors of the first part Roger Swire Tomlin of No. 1 Bauk Build- ings in the City of London Gentle- man William Burrows of Great St. Helen's in the same City Merchant and William Moales of 19 King's Arms Yard Moorgate Street in the City of London Accountant therein- after designated "The Inspectors of the second part and The several Per- sons Companies and Co-partnership Firms who at the date thereof were respectively Creditors of the Debtors or either of them thereinafter desig- nated the Creditors" of the third part Registered in the Court of Bankruptcy pursuant to the Bank- ruptcy Act 1861 the Twenty-eighth day of July 1865 whereby the said Debtors assigned all their joint and separate estates and effects as well in Great Britain and China as elsewhere to the Inspectors for the benefit of their Creditors.
OTICE is hereby given that such of the

Gustav Ellissen either jointly or separately as have not yet sent in and proved their debts claims or demands to the satisfaction of the said Ins- pectors and have not yet executed or assented in writing to the said Deed of Arrangement (which now lies at the Offices of us the undersigned Messrs. Flux Argles and Rawlins No. 1 East India Avenue Leadenball Street in the City of London Solicitors) are hereby required to do so on or before the Tenth day of March One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-eight other- wise they will be excluded from all benefit thereof AND NOTICE is hereby further given that after the said Tenth day of March One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-Eight the said Ins- pectors will proceed to distribute the assets which have come to their hands under the said Deed of Arrangement arising from the said joint and separate estates of the said Adolf Ellissen and Gustay Ellissen among the Creditors entitled
