toria in the Colony of Hongkong, first Boarding Officer of the Harbor Master's Depart- ment, Hongkong, having been adjudged Bank- rupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bank- ruptcy filed in the Supreme Court on the Twenty eighth day of February, 1868, is hereby required to surrender himself to the Honorable William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, the Registrar of the said Supreme Court, at the first Meeting of Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar on the Sixteenth day of March, next, at Eleven of the clock in the forenoon precisely, at the said Court.
Frederick Sowley Huffam, Esquire, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. William Gaskell is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.
At the Meeting the said Registrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of the Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.
All persons having in their possession any of the Effects of the said Bankrupts must deliver them to the said Official Assignee, and all Debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to the said Official Assignee.

wise they will be excluded from all benefit thereof AND NOTICE is hereby further given that after the said Tenth day of March One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-Eight the said Ins- pectors will proceed to distribute the assets which have come to their hands under the said Deed of Arrangement arising from the said joint and separate estates of the said Adolf Ellissen and Gustav Ellissen among the Creditors entitled thereto having regard only to the debts claims or demands for which the said Deed shall then be executed or assented to and the particulars of whose debts claims or demands shall have been forwarded to the said Inspectors and proved to their satisfaction and duly allowed by them.
And the Inspectors will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose debt claim or demand they shall not then have had notice or of which no particulars shall have been furnished or which having been disputed by the said Inspectors shall not have been duly vérified by Affidavit or Declaration in accordance with the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act 1861 for proof of debts and allowed as claims against the said Estates of the said Adolf Ellissen and Gustav Ellissen.
