Ilis Excellency SIR RICHARD GRAVES MACDONNELL, C.B., has been pleased to direct that the Holidays customary at the approaching Season shall be kept from Thursday, the 23rd, to Saturday the 25th Instant, inclusive, and on New Year's Day.
