Assignment of the Estate and Effects of the Debtor upon trust to sell dispose of realize collect and receive the same. And upon trust to administer and apply the same first in payment of the expenses of and incidental to the Liquidation and of the preparation and regis- tration of this Deed and secondly for the benefit of all Creditors ra- teably as in Bankruptcy. Also a Release by the Creditors to the Debtor for the consideration afore- said.
Proviso that the Deed shall not affect the rights or remedies of Creditors against sureties or on any security nor right to receive divi- dends under the Deed; and also a proviso that the Deed should become void, if not executed assented to or approved of by the requisite Majo- rity of Creditors.
I certify the above to be a true copy of the entry in the Register Book of Deeds under "The Bankruptcy Ordinance, 1864.”
