DOUGLAS LAPRAIK, formerly of Hong- kong and lately of Acton, doceased, having been granted to the undersigned one of the Executors in the said Will named, all persons indebted to the said Estate are hereby required to pay the amount of their debts forthwith. Persons having claims against the Estate are hereby required to send in particulars of their claims to the under- signed at the Office of Messrs. Douglas Lapraik & Co. or to Henry C. Caldwell, Esq., Solicitor, on or before the Thirty-first day of January, 1870, after which date no claims will be received or admitted.
