WHEREAS an Action has been commenced

in this Court at the suit of the above named Leopold Frickel, against the above named Amos Dickens Mitchell, to recover the sum of Three thousand Five hundred and Fifteen Dollars and Thirty-nine Cents, for goods sold and delivered by the Plaintiff to the Defendant, for money bad and received by the Defendant for the use of the Plaintiff and for money paid by the Plaintiff for the Defendant at his request, and it being alleged that the said Amos Dickens Mit- chell does not reside within this Island its dependencies, a writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued, returnable on the Twenty-sixth day of April instant, wherein Thomas William Bar- rington is Garnishee.

Notice is hereby given thereof, and that if at any time before final judgment in this Action, the said Amos Dickens Mitchell or any person on his behalf, will give the security and notice, and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordi- nance of this Island, intituled “An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in Actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony," the said Attachment may be dissolved.

dated the 12th day of February, 1869, made by the Honorable Mr. Justice Westropp, it was ordered under Sectious 154 and 128 of the said Act, that all persons claiming to be Creditors of the said Central Bank of Western India should, on or before the 12th day of July next, send in their names and addresses and particulars of their debts, claims, and demands in writing to the Liquidators, at their Office, No. 30, Meadow Street, within the Fort of Bombay, or in default should be finally barred from all claims or any claim against the said Bank.
