cargo on land. Some palm trees are seen in the background together with a representation of two cupids, one holding a broom and the other a crown of laurel flying above the spire of the Mosque.
(7) Another portion of the mark in repre
sented by another Indian Mosque, and in the foreground is a bridge on a river or stream with the respresent- ation of a man on horse-back riding across the bridge. A boat with one occupant is seen on the river or stream, and some palm trees are seen in the background and on the right hand side.
(e.) The words “KWONG MI HONG" and

In addition to the representation con- tained in Marks Nos. 1 to 40 is a representation of a landscape showing in the background a line of hills with a town at the foot thereof and a bay with a steamer thereon, and in the foreground a tree, a carriage and factory,
in the name of the said KWONG MI HONG firm of the above address who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants in respect of substances used as food or as ingredients in food, in Class 42.
