and all other Persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above named party, de- ceased, that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on Friday, the Nineteenth day of February, A.D. 1809; or, if none, that the next of Kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which, Letters of Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.

Cargo and Specie will be registered for London as well as for Marseilles, and accepted in transit through Marseilles for the principal places of Europe.
Cargo will be received on board until 4 P.M. of the 24th Instant, Specie and Parcels until 5 P.M. of the 24th Justant. (Farcels are not to be sent on board; they must be left at the Agency's Office.)
