POST OFFICE NOTIFICATION.
It is hereby notified for general information that henceforward closed Mails for the United Kingdom will be made up at this Office and forwarded to London by the United States Mail Packets via San Francisco.
Correspondence intended to be forwarded by this route must be addressed "viâ San Francisco." Letters, Newspapers, Books and Patterns, will be liable to the same rates of postage as those sent by the British Mail Packets viâ Southampton, viz. :-
