IN THE SUPREME COURT OF HONGKONG IN BANKRUPTCY. ŢOTICE.—ʼNG-LAN-TONG, otherwise 'NG- FOONG-HOY, trading in Hongkong as a Merchant, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court on the Twenty-fourth day of April, One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-eight, a Public Sitting for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and make application for his discharge, will be held before the Honorable John Smale, Esquire, Chief Jus- tice of the said Court, at the Supreme Court House, Victoria, Hongkong, on Friday, the Eighth day of January, One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-nine, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely.
At this Meeting, proofs of the Debts will be received.
Frederick Sowley Huffam, Esquire, is the Official Assignee, and Francis Innes Hazeland, Esquire, is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.
