William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. John J. Francis is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.
A public sitting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette. At the first meeting of Creditors the Regis- trar will receive the proofs of the Debts of Cre- ditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.
At the public sitting, proofs of the Debts of Creditors will be received and the Bankrupt will be required to submit himself to be examined, and to make a full disclosure and discovery of all his Estate and Effects, and to finish his examination. Notice is also hereby given to all persons indebted to the said Bankrupt or that have any of his Effects, not to deliver the same, but to the Official Assignee.
