It is hereby notified that by direction of His Excellency The Lieutenant-Governor, and under and in pursuance of the Provisions of Section IX of Ordinance No. 1 of 1869, a Special Criminal Session of the Supreme Court will be held by the Honorable Julian Pauncefote, Acting Judge of the Court of Summary Jurisdiction, on Monday, the 5th Day of September next.
