THE HONGKONG GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 30TH JULY, 1870.
An Ordinance enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the Advice of the Legislative Council thereof, to apply a Sum not exceeding Seven hundred and Sixty-five thousand Dollars to the Public Service of the Year 1870.

WHEREAS by Ordinance oro; 12 of 180) a Sum mat exceed
ing Six hundred and Forty thousand Dollars was charged upon the Revenue of this Colony for the Service of the Year 1870; And Whereas since the passing of the said Ordinance the Expendi- ture required for the Service of the Colony for the Year 1870 has been estimated at the Sum of Seven hundred and Sixty-four thousand Four hundred and Sixty-four Dollars and Forty-five Cents, and it is expedient to make further Provision for defraying the same: Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the Advice of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. Ordinance No. 12 of 1869 is hereby repealed.
