OTICE is hereby given to all Persons or Companies who claim to be creditors of the said Boinanjce Framice Cama, trading as afore- said, that they are required, either in person or by duly constituted Attorney, to prove their Claims before the Trustees of the said Estate, at their Office in Bruce Lane, Bombay, and to pro- duce all Vouchers in support of the same,' on or before the 21st Oetsher, 1870; and that unless they do so before that time, they will be excluded from the benefit of all distributions made or to De made from the said Estate, and the Trustees will then proceed to divide the whole Assets in their hands amongst those Creditors who prove as aforesaid without reference to the Claims of any others.
