IN THE SUPREME COURT OF HONGKONG IN BANKRUPTCY. ́OTICE-ERNEST WILHELM VON DEM BUSSCHE, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Mariner, having been adjudged Bank- rupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bank ruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hong- kong in Bankruptcy, on the First day of June, 1870, is hereby required to surrender himself to William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, the Re- gistrar of the said Court, at the first Meeting of his Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar on the Fourteenth day of June instant, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the said Court:

William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. Edmund Sharp is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.

A Public Sitting will be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.

At the first Meeting of Creditors the Registrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of Creditors, aud the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.

At the public Sitting, proofs of debts of Cro- ditors will be received and the Bankrupt will be required to submit himself to be examined, and to make a full disclosure and discovery of all his Estate and Effects, and to finish his examination.
