Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy, on the Twelfth day of March, 1870, is hereby required
to surrender himself to William Hastings Alex- ander, Esquire, the Registrar of the said Court, at the fir-t Meeting of his Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar on Thursday, the Tuvuty-fourth day of March next, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the said
Court.
The said William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. F. I. Hazeland is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.
A Public Sitting will be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.
At the first Meeting of Creditors the Registrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupi's Estate and Effects.
Alt Persons who have possession of any of the Effets of the said Bankrupt, must deliver the same to the Official Assignee, and all Debts due to the said Bankrupt, must be paid to the said Official Assignee.
